With Studio is looking for an organised and detail-focused
Archival Assistant
to help manage and digitise our architectural archive.
This part-time role is ideal for someone with experience in archiving, records management or library services who enjoys working independently and methodically.
This is an autonomous role that will require a self-motivated and enthusiastic person.

With Studio is a contemporary design practice with 40 years' experience across architecture, urban design, master planning, and interior architecture.
We have a well-established reputation at both state and national levels.
Our medium-sized studio is centrally located in Northbridge, Boorloo (Perth) and our team contributes to a friendly, engaged, and socially connected workplace.
The Role
Working
two full days per week
on a
6-month contract
, you will play an important role in preserving and organising our extensive project archive.
Your responsibilities will include:
Organising and cataloguing physical and digital project records
Scanning drawings, photographs and project documentation
Creating and maintaining accurate digital records and metadata




Assisting with the ongoing management of the studio archive
Ensuring historical materials are handled and stored appropriately
About You
You'll ideally have:
Experience in archiving, records management, library services or document control
Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Experience with scanning and digital file management
Solid computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office
The ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
An interest in architecture, design or history will be highly regarded.
