Your role
Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, we're looking for a Bid Administrator to support our tendering team on a part-time basis.
This hands-on role coordinates tender/bid submissions end-to-end, from reading requirements through to assembling the final document.
This position will suit someone organised and is a great opportunity to develop skills in bid and tender administration, as well as build broader exposure to the marketing function over time.
Key responsibilities:
Preparing high-quality tenders, proposals and submissions – reading and interpreting RFT/RFQ/EOI requirements and completing all associated forms, content and compliance documentation




Compiling supporting material and drafting methodology sections from established templates, ready for final submission
Formatting and proofreading tender documents to a high standard
Tracking submission deadlines and coordinating input from other teams
Maintaining content databases, tender registers, templates, document control, and the centralised information library
Providing general administrative support to the Marketing and Business Development team
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong, confident use of Microsoft Word, including styles, formatting, tables, track changes and templates
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
Previous administrative experience – ideally bid/tender-related, though training will be provided for the right person
Ability to manage several submissions and deadlines at once, with a proactive, adaptable approach
