Overview:
The Distribution Officer is responsible for undertaking distribution activities at a specific Local Health Network (LHN).
This will involve the distribution and supply of goods, inventory and other specialist items for the designated LHN.
The Distribution Officers will perform one of/or a combination of the following activities on a rotational basis as directed to meet operational requirements:
The receipt, storage and distribution of goods at the LHN.
The scan, receipt and delivery of inventory to imprests and the creation of replenishment orders.
Receive, put-away and replenishment of stock and despatch within the LHN.
Liaising with Distribution Services Officer to source potential alternative items and suppliers for imprest products as and when required.
Supporting team members in PSCM by undertaking any other reasonable requests as directed.

A 'National Police Certificate' NPC (also known as a 'Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check' NCCHC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position (general employment).
Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact).
