About the Land Development CorporationThe Land Development Corporation (LDC) is responsible for facilitating strategic land, property and development outcomes across the Northern Territory.
Through partnerships with government, industry and investors, LDC enables development opportunities that support economic prosperity and growth across the Territory.
As Executive Director Operations, you will lead a broad commercial and corporate portfolio spanning finance, corporate services, property, sales and leasing, facilities management, communications, business development and strategy.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping organisational direction, leading major commercial negotiations and delivering strategic outcomes that support investment, development and economic growth across the Territory.
From negotiating high-value land and property transactions to providing strategic advice on commercial, governance and corporate matters, this is a role where your expertise will directly influence the future of the Northern Territory.

What you'll bring to the role.You are an accomplished executive leader with extensive experience in commercial property, legal knowledge and negotiation, and/or a related commercial environment.Significant experience leading complex commercial transactions and negotiationsStrong knowledge of land, property, development,



infrastructure and investment environmentsStrategic leadership capability and executive-level decision-making experienceExceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skillsFinancial, governance and commercial acumenThe ability to navigate complexity, influence outcomes and drive organisational performanceRelevant tertiary qualifications and/or substantial senior executive experience within a comparable environment
