What You'll Be Doing
Reporting to the Rail Operations Manager, you'll lead on-site project teams and make sure daily operations run safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Your day-to-day will include:
Supervising and coordinating multiple civil and earthworks projects
Planning and allocating labour, plant, materials, and equipment
Managing schedules, reporting, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Problem-solving on site to keep projects on track
Liaising with the Operations Manager, clients, and contractors
Building strong working relationships across all levels of the project
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a Site Supervisor or similar leadership role within civil or earthworks
Railway experience highly desirable
Strong understanding of project delivery, safety,



and scheduling
Confident managing crews, equipment, and materials
Experience with Microsoft Office
Familiarity with Rio Tinto site standards (advantageous)
Great communication and leadership skills with a proactive attitude
