About the role:

This role is based in
Rockhampton.
Reporting directly to our Chief Executive Officer, the People & Culture (P&C;) Manager works closely with the leadership team to deliver and implement people strategies.
This is a key role for our organisation, and the P&C; Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational delivery of all P&C; functions.
As the head of People and Culture, the P&C; Manager will provide high-level advice and guidance on people matters, and lead a dedicated team across recruitment, payroll, learning and development, quality, safety and site operations.
Importantly, they will also ensure that the P&C; function operates with integrity, efficiency and in alignment with AnglicareCQ's values and strategic direction.
Your key responsibilities:
Provide leadership to our People and Culture team across Human Resources, Payroll, Learning and Development, Recruitment and Onboarding, Quality, Safety and Site operations.
Drive workforce planning and people strategies
Partner with the CEO and senior leaders to provide expert advice on workforce performance, employee relations, culture, compliance and organisational development
Drive improvements across HR systems, processes and service delivery
Oversee payroll, recruitment, Learning & Development and site operations
Provide leadership, coaching and guidance within the P&C; function.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience at a managerial level.
A relevant tertiary qualification in human resources (or related discipline).
Ability to obtain a Blue Card (working with children check positive notice or exemption)
Ability to obtain a Yellow Card (disability services positive notice or exemption notice)
