About the Role
As a Casual Optical Dispenser, you'll play an important role in helping patients select the right eyewear solutions to suit their lifestyle, vision, and individual needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting patients in selecting frames, lenses, and eyewear solutions




Providing exceptional customer service and personalised dispensing advice
Processing orders and managing transactions
Maintaining the presentation and organisation of the practice
Supporting stock control and inventory management
Working collaboratively with the team to ensure outstanding patient experiences
Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone who:
Is passionate about
Patient First care
and customer service
Has previous experience in retail, customer service, or optical dispensing
Communicates confidently and professionally with patients
Enjoys working as part of a team
Has robust attention to detail and organisational skills
Can confidently learn product knowledge and explain options to patients
Is comfortable working in a flexible casual role
