Troocoo Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for an exciting short term contract within a busy Orthopaedic Ward in Mackay.

Contract Details
Location: Mackay, QLD
Orthopaedic Ward
Contract: 17 August ********* August ****
Rotating roster including 8 and 12 hour shifts
Up to 80 hours per fortnight
Travel and accommodation assistance available (where applicable)
To Be Successful You Will Have
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 2 years' recent clinical experience in an acute hospital setting
Current ieMR training completed within the last 12 months (essential)
Orthopaedic, Surgical or Acute Ward experience
Previous Queensland Health experience highly regarded
Australian clinical experience preferred
Mandatory Requirements
Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
Manual Handling competency




Infection Prevention & Control (including Hand Hygiene)
Mandatory Reporting (Child Abuse & Neglect)
Occupational Violence Prevention Training
Ability to complete any required online induction or site specific education
