Annual salary range $133,348pa to $146,945pa + super

About the Role
Local Land Services (LLS) is looking for a Senior Advisor Performance and Evaluation to lead strategic reporting, performance and evaluation across our organisation.
You will help LLS understand what is working, where improvement is needed and how evidence can inform future services and investment.
What You'll Be Doing
Working with leaders and teams across NSW, you will:
lead reporting on performance against organisational strategies and outcomes
design and coordinate statewide process, outcome and economic evaluations
improve outcomes frameworks, measures, evidence systems and evaluation tools
translate findings into clear, practical advice for decision-makers
build evaluation capability and support a culture of learning and improvement
manage complex projects and provide direction to staff.
About You
You will combine analytical rigour with practical judgement and strong relationship skills.
You will have:
experience or knowledge in evaluation, advantages realisation or performance reporting
experience managing complex projects and diverse stakeholders
the ability to analyse evidence and communicate clear, decision-ready insights
confidence influencing, facilitating and working collaboratively
appropriate qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in strategic evaluation
a current NSW Driver's Licence
