Hays is currently seeking a project manager to work for a growing Tier 3 company.
You will work alongside another project manager overseeing commercial projects such as fuel stations, restaurants & retail shops.
These are rapid paced tilt up projects normally around ***** weeks in duration.
With the support of 3+ CA's and another project manager you will support with 3-4 projects overseeing site managers and ensuring budget & delivery is running smoothly.
This is an opportunity to join a growing company with a secure line of ongoing work on a permanent bases.
This client does not need to tender for jobs as they are well known in the industry and clients come to them.

What you'll need to succeedPrior experience in project management 2+ years minimum needed within commercial construction projects from civil works to handoverProven ability to lead site teams and coordinate complex project deliveryStrong technical knowledge of commercial constructionPreferably a Diploma or higher in Project Management, construction management or similarProficiency in Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools (MS Project or similar)Strong client-facing experienceA proactive, safety-first leadership style and commitment to quality outcomes
