We're looking for a Senior High Voltage / Power Engineer to join our team in either our Adelaide office, supporting the delivery of high-quality electrical and power engineering solutions across a diverse range of projects.

What this role is all aboutAs a Senior High Voltage / Power Engineer at Lucid, you'll play a key role in delivering electrical and power system designs across sectors such as mining, ports, infrastructure, defence, and health.You'll work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across Australia, gaining exposure to a broad range of projects while developing your technical expertise and professional confidence.
How you'll contribute day-to-dayLead and deliver electrical and power engineering design solutions across a range of projectsSupport the development of power system studies, modelling, and analysisPrepare technical documentation including reports, drawings, and specificationsCollaborate with internal teams across disciplines and offices (One Lucid approach)Engage with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to support successful outcomesContribute to project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness,



and technical excellenceContinue developing your technical capability with support from senior engineers
What sets you up for successHas experience in electrical / power engineering within a consulting or design environmentDemonstrates solid technical foundations in power systems and electrical designIs proactive, curious, and motivated to learn and growCommunicates clearly and works well within collaborative teamsTakes ownership of their work and delivers with attention to detailIs aligned with Lucid's values of clarity, curiosity, and connection
Required Skills and CompetenciesTertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or equivalentChartered Status (including RPEQ, NER & CPEng), or the ability to achieve within 6 months of commencing, is desirable6+ years' senior experience in distribution system and substation design.Proficiency in power system analysis tools modelling including ETAP, SKM PTW and DIgSILENT.
