We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our team.

What You Will Enjoy Doing
Be the face of our business, helping customers find the right products and solutions while contributing to the overall success of the branchBe part of a hands-on team environment, supporting sales and service activities while actively participating in inventory management, product handling and branch operationsBuild strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiencesProvide advice on welding, industrial and gas productsProcess enquiries, sales orders and quotations accurately and efficientlyIdentify opportunities to grow sales and maximise customer valueSupport branch sales, margin and service targetsMaintain stock accuracy, merchandising standards and branch presentationWork closely with sales specialists and internal teams to deliver the best outcomesContribute to a safe, efficient and high-performing workplace.
What Makes You Great
Experience in customer service, internal sales, retail sales or a similar customer-facing roleA genuine passion for helping customersStrong communication and problem-solving skillsA proactive approach and willingness to learnThe ability to work effectively in a team environmentGood commercial awareness and a focus on achieving resultsWelding trade experience or industry knowledge is highly regarded but not essentialAbility to safely perform the inherent requirements of the role, including regular manual handling activities and working within an industrial retail and warehouse environment
