About the Role
Welcome clients to the showroom and showcase our range of stone slabs and tiles to architects, designers, homeowners, and stonemasons.
Ask open-ended questions to understand client's style, needs, and timelines, providing tailored product recommendations.
Respond to phone and email enquiries with personalised service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with stakeholders on samples, quotes, and lead times,



offering accurate and up-to-date product information.
Manage admin tasks including order processing, material pickups, inventory checks, and supporting the external sales team.
Keep the showroom immaculate—restocking, tidying, and ensuring brochures and displays are refreshed.
About You
You may already be in a high-energy customer service or hospitality role, or you've simply spent years reading a room and making people feel welcome.
Customer service isn't a checkbox for you, it's what you're genuinely good at.
You're naturally curious about interiors and design, even if it's not your background yet, and keen to channel that curiosity into a real career.
