Shared Beginnings is entering an exciting stage of growth, and we are seeking a National Pedagogy Lead to join our leadership team and drive high-quality educational practice across our services in Queensland, Current South Wales, Victoria and the ACT.

About the Role
Based at our Southport Head Office, this full-time leadership role will work closely with the CEO, Area Managers, Centre Directors and Educational Leaders to elevate educational practice across our growing network of Centres.
This role will be full-time in office role in our Southport location with ad hoc travel to each Centre across all states as needed.
At this time there is no work from home options for this position.
This position is ideal for a highly experienced early childhood pedagogy leader who thrives on mentoring educators, strengthening curriculum frameworks and creating meaningful learning environments.
? What You'll Be Doing
? Pedagogy & Curriculum Leadership
Lead and embed the Shared Foundations Approach across all services
Support centres to deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with EYLF V2.0, VEYLDF and relevant state frameworks
Review programming systems and support educators to achieve quality over quantity documentation
?? Mentoring & Educator Development
Mentor and coach Educational Leaders, Centre Directors and educators
Lead professional development and pedagogy workshops across the organisation
Support educators to build reflective practice and strong programming
⭐ Quality & Continuous Improvement
Guide services toward Exceeding outcomes under the National Quality Standard
Work collaboratively with Area Managers to drive continuous quality improvement
Provide expert advice on curriculum, child development and learning environments
? Resources & Framework Development
Develop tools, resources and frameworks that support best-practice pedagogy
Support innovation in programming, planning and critical reflection
? About You
You are a passionate and experienced pedagogy leader who believes in the power of early childhood education to shape lifelong learning.
You bring insight, energy and a deep understanding of curriculum and practice,
and you love mentoring others to be the best educators they can be.
You will have:
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Significant leadership experience in early childhood pedagogy
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Assessment & Rating process
Experience mentoring Educational Leaders and Centre Directors
Demonstrated ability to lead curriculum development and pedagogical frameworks
Strong understanding of EYLF V2.0, VEYLDF and state-based frameworks
A passion for reflective practice, quality outcomes and educator growth
