We are looking for an experienced and reliable
Pan Chef
to join our Canberra kitchen team.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident working in a fast-paced kitchen and can step straight into service with minimal supervision.
About the Role
As a Pan Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to our quality standards while working efficiently during busy service periods.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items in the pan section
Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner services
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained
Assist with stock rotation and kitchen cleanliness
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum
3 years' experience
working as a Pan Chef or Line Cook




Experience working in a busy restaurant or steakhouse environment
Ability to work with minimal training
Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to perform well under pressure
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Australian working rights
