About the Role
Lead high quality Social Work within Older Persons Mental Health.
You will manage complex care, build trusted partnerships and shape services that support recovery, safety and strong community links.
Duties
• Deliver expert assessments and targeted interventions
• Lead clinical practice and provide supervision to staff
• Coordinate care with consumers, families and carers
• Build links with government and non government partners
• Shape service planning, quality improvement and research
About You
You are an experienced mental health Social Worker who leads with care, clarity and strong clinical judgement.
• Eligible for full AASW membership with relevant degree
• Advanced assessment and evidence based intervention skills
• Experience with complex mental health care and recovery work
• Confidence in clinical leadership and skilled supervision
• Strong communication, judgement and knowledge of legislation
