About the Role:
We're currently seeking a bright and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our Administration Team on a Fulltime basis.
In this role, you'll play a key part in being the first point of contact for visitors and callers is responsible for providing professional assistance to everyone that interacts with the business leaving them with a positive impression.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and directing the caller appropriately
Receiving and distribution of incoming GPO mail
Directing delivery drivers
Receiving and forward incoming mail to the ****** address
Greeting visitors and directing them as appropriate
Managing meeting room bookings




General Administration duties as required
What you Bring:
Previous experience in an administrative, reception or similar position
Proficiency in Microsoft Office package
Energetic, friendly, and confident communicator.
Robust organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
A can-do attitude
