About the role
This is a dynamic, full-on and exciting role that will be hands-on training and in-person engagement with franchisees in Adelaide and eventually, all around Australia.
Right now every franchisee launch runs through the founder.
This role exists to change that.
You become the operational backbone of the network: the person who takes a new franchise partner from signed agreement to launched, and from launched to profitable.
One week you're in the yard at Port Adelaide showing a new partner how to soft wash render.
The next you're sitting across from another one going through their P&L;, working out why their average job value is behind the rest of the network.

This is a senior hands-on role, best suited to someone with 5+ years in franchise operations, multi-site management or a comparable field-based leadership role.
What you'll own
● Launch and onboard new franchise partners end to end
● Facilitate and help deliver training and coaching in house and in the field




● Run monthly performance reviews across the network and coach franchise partners to assist in growing their business
● Build and refine the training systems as the network grows
What we're looking for
● Franchise system experience, ideally franchisor side or multi-site operations
● A trade or home services background, or close enough that you can hold your own in a customer's driveway
● Robust training skills.
You teach by doing, not by slide deck
● Genuinely tech savvy.

● Analytically minded and obsessively organised
● You own outcomes, not tasks.
You see it through to the end
● Relatable and genuine.
Able to build relationships with our franchise partners

The best person won't know our industry but they'll be curious to learn it and do so quickly
