We're looking for an enthusiastic and skilled
Qualified Butcher
to join our friendly, family-run butcher and deli in the beautiful seaside town of Queenscliff.

About the Role
As part of our team, you'll be involved in all aspects of the butcher shop, including:
Preparing and presenting premium-quality meat products.
Breaking down and trimming beef, lamb, pork and poultry.
Producing value-added products such as sausages, burgers and marinated meats.
Maintaining attractive displays and ensuring excellent stock presentation.
Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service.
Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.
Working as part of a supportive team in a busy retail environment.
About You
We're looking for someone who:




Holds a recognised butcher qualification or has substantial industry experience.
Enjoys opportunity for variety of tasks within the scope of the business.
Has excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work.
Enjoys interacting with customers.
Can work efficiently both independently and within a team.
Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
