The Shire of Exmouth is seeking a motivated and organised People and Culture Officer to support the delivery of high-quality People and Culture services across the organisation.
Reporting to the Executive Manager Organisational Development, this role supports the delivery of contemporary People & Culture services across the organisation.
Working closely with the People, Culture and Safety team, you'll partner with leaders to support the employee lifecycle, coordinate workforce administration, maintain people systems, and contribute to workplace health and safety administration.

As the organisation continues its digital transformation, you'll play a key role in implementing our new Human Resources Information System (HRIS), improving processes and supporting initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
From supporting talent acquisition and onboarding to maintaining workforce information,



assisting leaders with day-to-day people matters and contributing to organisational projects, you'll help create a positive, effective and people-focused workplace.
