This is a Fixed Term

extension(s) and/or permanency.

Position
Profile: The Administrative Assistant Officer provides
high‐quality clerical, administrative and data support to the
Infrastructure and Environment Directorate across WA Country Health
Service.
The role supports both district‐based operations and
WACHS‐wide programmatic functions by contributing to consistent
systems use, accurate data management, reporting, and
administrative coordination.
The position assists Infrastructure
and Environment teams to deliver standardised, efficient and
compliant services that support water quality assurance, asset
management, maintenance, fleet, accommodation and related
infrastructure functions.
The role contributes to business
improvement, data quality and system integrity to enable informed
decision‐making and effective service delivery.

Profile: The WA Country Health Service (WACHS) is the
largest country health system in Australia and one of
the biggest in the world, providing health services to
approximately half a million people, including
45,000 Aboriginal people, over a vast two and a half million
square kilometre area.

Eligibility to

selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy,
applicants found suitable for this position may be considered for

suitable applicant may also be selected from this process.

these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from
