About Milestones Rutherford

About the Role
As Centre Manager, you will be empowered to lead every aspect of centre operations while creating an engaging environment where children, families, and educators can thrive.
You will:
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of passionate early childhood professionals
Drive a positive and high-performing culture focused on excellence
Manage daily centre operations, ensuring compliance and operational success
Build meaningful relationships with families and the local community
Develop and implement strategies to grow centre occupancy
Guide and mentor your team to achieve and maintain Meeting or Exceeding National Quality Standards
Oversee financial performance, workforce planning, and centre sustainability
Champion child safety, wellbeing, and educational excellence
About You
You are an experienced and inspirational leader who is passionate about making a genuine difference.
You'll bring:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Previous experience in a Centre Manager leadership role
Current Working with Children Check




Strong commercial acumen with experience achieving occupancy and financial targets
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
Excellent knowledge of compliance, child safety, and National Quality Standards
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional outcomes for children and families
