At Hug Homes, we are looking for a construction supervisor for the southern suburbs with the following experience and skills:
Minimum of 3 years experience in the home builder market as a construction supervisor
Robust residential building knowledge
Existing trade base
Attention to detail
Superb communication skills
Reasonable level of computer skills.
Ipad based software
The role entails:
Daily routine site inspections
Control of trade and supplier programming
Reporting job progress and maintaining quality of construction
Approving and managing of supplier/trade invoices
Ensuring building compliance and safety procedures
A building practitioners license is favourable
