Who You Are
This Darwin-based role will demonstrate robust technical capability and the confidence to manage key works packages across complex construction projects.
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline4+ years' experience in project coordination or site engineering within the construction industryProven experience coordinating high-rise or multi-storey construction projects within Australia will be highly regarded.Strong understanding of construction methodology, sequencing and buildabilityHighly proficient in reading and interpreting drawings, specifications and technical documentationWorking knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC/BCA and authority requirementsAble to identify design, programme and delivery risks and proactively drive solutionsHighly organised with excellent attention to detail and documentation skillsStrong communicator who builds effective relationships with consultants, subcontractors and site teamsProficient in MS Office, project management software and document control systems (e.g. Aconex, TeamBinder)Comfortable working in a fast‐paced,



site-based environment while managing competing priorities
What You'll Do
Support delivery of assigned building works packages across the full project lifecycle, from design coordination and procurement through to construction and handoverCoordinate and manage design queries, RFIs, drawing reviews and registers, ensuring accuracy, sequencing and buildabilityIdentify design risks, non‐conformances and opportunities within assigned works packages and escalate as requiredMonitor and report progress of design, procurement and construction activities against programme milestonesSupport site teams with coordination of on‐site installation works, including accurate set‐out and sequencingLiaise with subcontractors to ensure works are delivered in accordance with contract scope, specifications and programme requirementsAssist with preparation of scopes of work, subcontract packages and tender assessmentsTrack procurement lead times and delivery schedules for key materials to protect programme outcomesMonitor subcontractor performance and proactively identify and escalate risks, delays or quality issuesSupport implementation of DCOH HSEQ systems and WHS obligations across assigned works packagesAssist in coordinating inspection and test plans (ITPs), inspections and testing with consultants and engineersMonitor compliance with Australian Standards, NCC/BCA, engineering specifications and authority approvalsEnsure quality records and as‐built documentation are progressively collected and maintainedMaintain accurate project records including RFIs, variations, transmittals, meeting minutes and registers, and support internal reporting and progress claimsParticipate in site, consultant and coordination meetings, contributing to a collaborative, accountable and professional team culture aligned with DCOH values
