About the Role
Join our Graduate Program as a Graduate Accountant within our Business Services Outsourcing team, starting January ****.
Our Business Services Outsourcing team works as an extension of our clients' finance functions, supporting organisations with everything from financial reporting and compliance to budgeting, forecasting and improving finance processes.
Working with a diverse range of clients across different industries, you'll help organisations understand their financial performance, meet their obligations and make informed business decisions.

What You'll Do
As a Business Services Outsourcing Graduate at BDO, you can expect to:
Assist with management accounting and financial reporting activities
Support budgeting, forecasting and business performance reporting
Assist with bookkeeping, payroll and compliance obligations
Work with cloud accounting and finance technologies
Support finance process improvement and transformation initiatives
Analyse financial information and identify trends and insights
Work closely with experienced team members to develop your accounting and finance skills
You'll gain exposure to a variety of industries, clients and finance functions, helping you build practical experience across many aspects of business finance.

Eligibility
To be eligible for our Graduate Program, you must be:
In your final year, or have recently completed an Accounting, Corporate Finance, Commerce, Finance or other relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree
Eligible for postgraduate study (CA/CPA, CFA)
Available to start in January ****.
