We are seeking a skilled Chef to prepare and present high-quality dishes while maintaining our standards of flavour, presentation, and consistency.
The successful candidate will support efficient kitchen operations, collaborate with the team, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with menu standards
• Assist with menu planning, specials, and seasonal offerings in consultation with management
• Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, flavour, and portion control
• Prepare ingredients, organise kitchen operations, and ensure readiness for service periods
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
• Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and minimise food wastage
• Support and guide kitchen team members to ensure efficient service delivery
• Work effectively during busy service periods while maintaining quality standards




• Assist with improving kitchen procedures, efficiency, and daily operations
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-focused workplace
Qualifications & Experience:
• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef
• Experience with modern café cuisine is highly desirable
• Solid knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and organisational skills
