About the role
We're looking for a creative, self-motivated content creator to join the Sprout Food Group team.
Working across our beautiful restaurants, unique cooking school and events, you'll capture the food, people and energy that make our venues special.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about visual storytelling and can create engaging photo and video content that captures the energy, people and food behind our brands.
You'll work closely with our Marketing Coordinator to produce photography, video and digital content across multiple venues — being in the right place at the right time to tell our story well.
Key responsibilities
Capture high-quality photography and video across our venues and events from time to time
Edit and deliver content for social media, websites, email and digital campaigns
Follow creative briefs and brand guidelines
Build genuine rapport with venue teams to capture authentic moments with minimal disruption, creating enthusiasm along the way
Respond positively to feedback and refine content based on direction provided
Assist with content planning and creative execution
Produce digital and print collateral (signage, posters, flyers) as needed
Travel between venues as required
What we're looking for
Essential




Strong photography and videography skills
Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Canva and working knowledge of Photoshop
Experience with DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro
A solid understanding of composition, lighting and visual storytelling
Ability to self-direct, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong communicator with a collaborative approach
Desirable
Experience in hospitality, food, beverage, tourism or lifestyle content
Familiarity with fast-paced venue environments
Availability for occasional evenings, weekends or events
Experience creating short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok and Facebook
How to apply
