About The Role
Base salary from $86,266 per annum (plus super)
As a Contract Coordinator, you will support the delivery of operational works by coordinating requests for work, engaging traffic management and civil works suppliers, and ensuring activities are delivered efficiently and in line with business requirements.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and contractors, you will help maintain effective supplier relationships and support the smooth operation of the Contract Delivery team.
The role also includes managing contractor claims and supplier invoicing through SAP, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised administrator who enjoys working with data, systems and stakeholders in a rapid-paced operational environment.
What You'll Do
Coordinate requests for traffic management and civil works services, liaising with internal stakeholders and approved suppliers to arrange works, permits, approvals and traffic management plans as required.Process SAP transactions, including receipting invoices and maintaining accurate records to support budget controls, financial compliance and timely payment processing.Maintain organised contract, supplier and purchase order documentation, ensuring records are accurate, compliant and easily accessible.Manage the shared inbox, responding to and triaging enquiries related to supplier engagements, contracts and operational activities.Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, coordinating monthly supplier meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and assisting with general documentation and reporting requirements.
About You
You're a highly organised planner with strong analytical skills and experience maintaining accurate data, documentation and records while ensuring compliance with company policies.
You can effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, balancing competing priorities and adapting to changing requirements in a rapid-paced environment.
You'll Bring
Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.Experience coordinating traffic management and/or civil works suppliers (highly desirable).
Experience using SAP to enter,
maintain and track data, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentation.Knowledge of Austroads guidelines and relevant traffic management, civil construction and excavation standards, legislation, codes and safe-digging requirements, including Before You Dig Australia (BYDA).
Experience processing invoices, raising purchase orders and supporting supplier relationships within an administrative or operational environment.
