About the Role:
Due to ongoing growth, Rite Price is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Service Manager in our Service Department.
This role involves coordinating the installation of products, managing trade schedules, processing orders, and providing outstanding customer service within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate Service installations by managing trade resources and workflow to meet targets.
Provide exceptional after-sales service and customer support.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers.
Process, finalize, and invoice customer orders.
Ideal Candidate:




Strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective communicator with clients, management, and tradespeople.
Has previous experience in a customer service, administration, or scheduling role (experience in trades or service industries is highly regarded but not essential).
Self-motivated with a team-focused mindset.
Positive, energetic, and proactive attitude.
