Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Night Audit (Part -Time) to join our night operations team.
As the Night Audit, you will ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations during the overnight shift, delivering a seamless guest experience and ensuring the safety and security of our guests and team.

Oversee the nightly operations of the hotel,
ensuring all departments function effectivelyManage guest relations and handle any complaints or issues that arise during the night shiftConduct night audits, ensuring financial transactions and reports are accurateEnsure the safety and security of all hotel guests and staff by conducting regular property checksSupport the front office, ensuring exceptional service and efficiency in check-ins, check-outs, and guest queriesCoordinate with other departments to ensure guests' needs are metManage emergency situations, including medical issues, fire alarms, or security concernsEnsure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and regulations
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar roleStrong leadership and team management skillsExceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest serviceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., Opera Cloud, and basic accounting skills for night audits)Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidaysA qualified and approachable manner, with the ability to stay calm under pressureCurrent First Aid and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certifications are an advantage
