We are looking for candidates with
:
Previous A La Carte restaurant experience - 2-3 years
A valid RSA
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience in POS ordering systems and cash handling
A solid understanding of wine and its service
steak knowledge preferred
Good and clear communication skills to interact with guests and team members
Adaptable availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights,



weekends and public holidays.
experience working in similar fast paced environment
own transportation - able to stay past 11pm, if needed
Must have weekday availability and able to do closings
Availability to work Monday - Sunday, be able to work lunch shifts and double shifts.
