Role
Drive day to day site operations in the successful delivery on a $3M Industrial project in Geelong on a 6-month contractual basis for reputable Tier 3 contractor.
Responsibilities
Manage subcontractor and relevant stakeholders
Coordinate deliveries and suppliers
Enforce and drive OH&S; measures and procedures
Resolve any disputes that may arise on site
Ensure the project is being delivered to program
Experience required
Proven Site Manager experience delivering Commercial projects for Tier 1-3 headcontractor
Industrial project experience heavily favorable
Proficient with Procore and Aconex software ideal
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
