The Person
To be successful in this position, you will ideally have:
• A minimum of one to two years of Property Management experience
• The ability to manage a portfolio autonomously
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• A professional, positive and solutions-focused approach
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A current ACT Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence preferred
• A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Manager to join a highly regarded agency.
You will manage a well-maintained residential portfolio of approximately 100 to 130 properties, overseeing the full property management lifecycle while working alongside a dedicated leasing team who handle all leasing responsibilities.
With no new business expectations,



you can focus on building strong relationships, providing exceptional service and ensuring your portfolio is managed efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing a residential portfolio of approximately 100 to 130 properties
• Overseeing the full property management lifecycle
• Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
• Coordinating maintenance and liaising with trades
• Managing arrears, lease renewals and day-to-day portfolio matters
• Building robust relationships with landlords and tenants
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and agency processes
• Providing a consistently high level of communication and customer service
