What You'll Do:
As an Accounts Payable Officer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of supplier accounts while maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
Processing and reviewing invoices with precision, accuracy and efficiency
Building strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders by providing assistance to resolving supplier queries
Supporting timely and accurate payment runs
Reconciliation of Supplier Month End Statements
Managing high-volume invoice processing and accounts payable workflows
Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies and payment queries
Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial controls
Maintaining accurate supplier records and account information
Assist with ad hoc accounts payable tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn with a high level of accuracy
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Intermediate computer skills, including experience with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting targets
A positive team-focused attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Accounts Payable or industry experience is desirable, but not essential.
