We're partnering with a well-established healthcare organisation embarking on a significant technology transformation. As part of a broader platform modernisation initiative, they're rebuilding key components of their cloud platform and are looking for a Platform Engineer to help shape the next generation of their AWS environment.

This is an opportunity to join a highly capable engineering team working on greenfield and modernisation projects, building scalable, serverless cloud infrastructure that underpins critical healthcare services.

/n

You'll play a hands-on role in designing, building and automating cloud infrastructure, improving developer experience and helping establish best practices across platform engineering and Dev Ops.

/n

What you'll be doing

/n

You'll be building and maintaining cloud-native infrastructure across AWS, leveraging Infrastructure as Code to deliver secure, scalable and highly available platforms. A large part of the role will involve working with serverless technologies, supporting application teams and helping drive automation across the software delivery lifecycle.

/n

You'll collaborate closely with software engineers, architects and security teams to deliver platform capabilities that enable rapid and reliable product delivery while maintaining operational excellence.

What we're looking for

/n





We're keen to speak with Platform Engineers who have strong AWS experience and enjoy solving infrastructure and automation challenges.

/n

/n

- Strong AWS platform engineering experience.

/n

- Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.

/n

- Serverless AWS services including Lambda and API Gateway.

/n

- AWS networking and core services such as IAM, VPC, S3, Cloud Watch and ECS.

/n

- CI/CD tooling and deployment automation.

/n

- Building and supporting cloud platforms in modern engineering environments.

/n

- Scripting or development experience with Python, Bash or similar.

/n

- Experience working within Dev Ops or Platform Engineering teams.

/n/n

Exposure to healthcare, regulated environments or security-first engineering practices would be beneficial but isn't essential.

/n
