Gold Coast
Introduction:
If you know residential construction, can confidently assess defects and enjoy resolving issues properly, this is an opportunity to take ownership of post-handover maintenance across the Gold Coast.
You’ll manage your own regional workload, coordinate trades and work directly with homeowners to deliver practical, timely outcomes. It’s a hands-on role with plenty of autonomy, backed by an experienced construction and customer care team.
The Company:
This highly established South-East Queensland residential builder has built a strong reputation for architecturally driven home designs, operational excellence and consistent customer satisfaction. With a growing footprint across Brisbane, Logan, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast, the business operates multiple display locations and continues to invest heavily in product innovation, design refinement and internal capability.
Backed by a larger building group and supported by structured systems and leadership, the company blends entrepreneurial drive with operational maturity. The culture is collaborative, accountable and performance-focused, with a clear expectation that leaders set the standard.
The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will manage post-handover maintenance and warranty matters across the Gold Coast region.
You will inspect completed homes, assess reported issues and coordinate the required rectification work through to completion. You’ll work closely with homeowners, trades, contractors and the wider construction team to ensure matters are handled promptly and to the required standard.
