Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to all stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.
- Manage cash flow and oversee financial risk management processes.
- Collaborate with all business stakeholders, including C-suite.
- Lead and mentor a small team.
- Monitor and improve internal financial controls and processes.
A successful Finance Manager should be able to demonstrate:
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead, manage, and develop a team effectively.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.

This permanent role will offer 1 day work from home with additional flexibility offered.
- Salary of $150,000 - $160,000 plus superannuation, pending experience.
