About the Role
Working within a busy customer service team, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end order process while providing outstanding support to customers across Australia and Recent Zealand.
Key Responsibilities

- Process high-volume customer orders through SAP
- Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Provide stock availability, delivery and order updates
- Process returns and credits
- Liaise with warehouse, supply chain and courier teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Maintain accurate customer records within Salesforce
- Deliver a responsive, solutions-focused customer experience

About You




You'll be someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

- Previous experience in a high-volume customer service or order management role
- SAP experience
- Salesforce or CRM experience (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience within medical devices, pharmaceuticals or healthcare will be highly regarded
