Working within the automotive industry, we are seeking assistance to: Investigate, solve and rectify payroll discrepancies; Overhaul systems and processes; Work with the CFO to suggest and plan to implement improved systems; Implement new policies and procedures; Assisting the Payroll Officer in processing fortnightly and monthly pays across Aus and NZ; and Interpreting multiple Awards. Currently utilising a SAP-based system. To be able to jump in and hit the ground running, we are seeking: Previous Payroll processing experience; Robust system improvement and implementation experience; Proven ability to investigate and solve payroll-related discrepancies; and SAP software experience at a minimum.
