Celebrating 25 years in business, the group is led by a highly engaged Managing Director with interests across multiple businesses and projects. This is a rare opportunity to work closely with an experienced business owner in a role that extends well beyond traditional executive support.
About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who can provide more than traditional administrative support.
Working closely with the Managing Director, this role is about creating leverage, protecting time, improving clarity, anticipating needs, driving accountability and ensuring important priorities become outcomes.
The Executive Assistant will become a trusted right-hand support to the Managing Director, helping create the space for strategic thinking while ensuring execution happens with professionalism, pace and attention to detail.
This role supports the Managing Director across Superseal and related business interests. It requires someone who is highly organised, commercially aware, discreet, proactive and confident operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
Success in this role comes from anticipating what is needed, creating clarity, managing follow-through and ensuring priorities become outcomes. The successful candidate will help create time and space for the Managing Director to focus on strategic priorities,
key relationships and business growth, while providing confidence that important matters are organised, progressing and under control.
Key Responsibilities

· Prepare the Managing Director before important meetings by coordinating agendas, briefing notes, presentations and supporting information
· Ensure meetings have clear purpose, outcomes, actions, ownership and accountability
· Turn ideas into action by capturing follow-up items, allocating responsibilities, setting deadlines and tracking completion
· Act as a central communication point between the Managing Director, leadership team, customers, suppliers, advisors and key stakeholders
· Identify risks, opportunities, gaps and issues early, bringing forward matters that genuinely require executive attention
· Prepare reports, presentations, business documents, meeting notes and project updates with strong accuracy and attention to detail
· Coordinate strategic initiatives, confidential projects, leadership meetings and special assignments
· Maintain organised records, reminders, documentation and administrative systems
· Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion
