This is a fantastic prospect for an experienced Property Manager to step into a well-maintained portfolio with excellent landlords, strong arrears performance, and properties kept in immaculate condition.

The Role:

- Manage the end-to-end Property Management process
- Handle tenant and landlord communication
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, inspections, and routine tasks
- Maintain strong relationships with owners and tenants
- Work autonomously with team support

About You:

- Minimum 2 years’ Property Management experience required




- Current NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident managing a portfolio independently
- Experience with Property Tree and R&W; preferred
