Your Responsibilities

* Conduct telehealth consultations.
* Develop personalised management plans.
* Request and interpret investigations.
* Prescribe within your scope of practice.
* Coordinate care with other healthcare providers.

Your Patients

You'll support patients through every stage of their reproductive health journey, delivering personalised, evidence-based care through Aevum Bio Clinic's premium telehealth model.

Our services include: Fertility Discovery Consultation

Lead comprehensive 45-minute fertility consultations including:

- Medical and fertility history review
- Fertility goals assessment
- Review of previous investigations
- Discussion of age-related fertility factors
- Ovarian reserve and sperm health education
- Lifestyle optimisation




- Personalised fertility recommendations
- Written consultation summary

Aevum Fertility Roadmap

Develop comprehensive fertility roadmaps for patients by:

- Reviewing pathology and imaging
- Assessing AMH, FSH, LH, oestradiol, progesterone and thyroid function
- Reviewing vitamin D, semen analysis and ultrasound findings
- Assessing fertility strengths and barriers
- Developing personalised investigation plans
- Providing nutritional and supplement recommendations
- Discussing treatment pathways including natural conception, ovulation induction, IUI, IVF and fertility preservation
- Delivering an individualised written fertility strategy

Fertility Optimisation Program (3 Months)

Provide ongoing clinical management including:

- Regular specialist reviews
- Pathology interpretation
- Lifestyle coaching
- Medication reviews
- Fertility monitoring
- Ovulation optimisation
- Supplement optimisation
- Treatment planning
- Progress reviews
- Preparation for specialist referral where appropriate

Premium Concierge Fertility Program (6 Months)

Deliver premium concierge-level fertility care including:

- Six specialist consultations

Actual earnings will vary based on patient demand, consultation mix, availability and service delivery. Revenue for multi-stage fertility programs is paid progressively as consultations and agreed clinical milestones are completed in accordance with the Contractor Agreement.
