The Role

As a Casual Duty Manager at Darlo Bar, you'll lead the team to deliver exceptional service while ensuring the venue operates smoothly, safely, and efficiently throughout every shift.
You'll support and motivate the front-of-house team, oversee daily operations, manage staff performance, and maintain high standards across service, presentation, and compliance. You'll also assist with stock control, cash handling, and resolving guest enquiries, creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every customer.




We're looking for an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, enjoys building relationships with locals, and is available to work evenings and weekends.
