We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Sydney CBD team and take ownership of a well-established desk supplying construction professionals across Australia.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Manage a portfolio of clients.
- Source, interview and screen candidates for a range of construction and related positions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from business development through to placement.
- Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Work towards and consistently exceed individual revenue targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Contract Recruitment experience is essential, with a proven track record of delivering against revenue targets.
- Business development experience is essential, with confidence winning and developing client relationships.
- Construction recruitment experience is highly desirable, but not essential.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and genuine consultative approach.
- Commercially minded with the drive to build and grow a successful desk.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team of experienced recruitment professionals.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
