CREST Administrator
CREST Education is seeking a professional, organised, and service-focused Administrator to join our Administration team, working at our Senior Learning Centre (grades 11-12) part-time, 2 days per week.
This is a varied and rewarding role suited to someone who enjoys working in a busy school environment, thrives on organisation, and takes pride in providing exceptional administrative support and customer service.
As one of the first points of contact for staff, parents, contractors, and visitors, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the College while contributing positively to the mission and culture of CREST Education.
About the Role
The CREST Administrator provides high-quality administrative support across a broad range of operational activities. Working closely with the Executive Assistants team and International Baccalaureate Coordinator, you will assist in maintaining efficient administrative systems and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment across the College.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate the day-to-day administration of the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme
- Administrational support to key programme requirements
- Managing incoming phone calls, enquiries, and messages
- Assisting with photocopying, scanning, filing, correspondence, and document preparation
- Supporting administrative processes, meetings, records management, and general office operations
- Providing support to the IB Coordinator and to Executive Assistants and other departments as required
About You
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in administration, reception, or office support roles
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Robust written and verbal communication abilities
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Confidence learning and using administration systems
- Professional discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- A collaborative and positive approach to teamwork
- A commitment to supporting the Christian values and culture of CREST Education
