The Role:

You almost should not have to read this if you are the right candidate, you should know what a civil Supervisor does.

You’ll be responsible for running day-to-day operations on site — coordinating crews, subcontractors, plant, and materials — and making sure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to spec.

This role suits someone who’s confident leading from the front, thrives on problem-solving,



and takes pride in building high-performing teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Supervising and coordinating site activities on civil projects across Sydney
- Managing subcontractors, labour, and resources
- Overseeing safety, quality, and environmental standards on site
- Working closely with Project Engineers and Project Managers to keep jobs on track
- Leading toolbox talks and safety meetings
- Keeping accurate site records and reporting progress

About You

- Previous experience as a Supervisor or Foreman in civil construction
- Robust knowledge of bulk earthworks, roadworks, drainage, or structures
- Confident communicator with solid leadership skills
- Sound understanding of WHS and site compliance requirements
