The Role

You’ll be hands-on while leading the practice, with responsibility for:

- Managing a portfolio of bookkeeping clients

- Providing hands-on bookkeeping and cloud accounting services

- Leading and mentoring the bookkeeping team





- Reviewing work and maintaining quality

- Managing workflow and practice performance

- Building client relationships and identifying growth opportunities

- Working closely with the wider accounting team

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

- Solid bookkeeping experience

- Experience leading or mentoring a team

- Excellent Xero and cloud accounting knowledge

- Strong client and communication skills

- A commercial, proactive approach

- The confidence to take ownership and make decisions

- An interest in growing a practice and developing people
