Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable, creative, and highly organised Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director in the daily coordination and execution of brand, business, and operational tasks. You’ll play a critical role behind the scenes—helping turn ideas into action, content into campaigns, and plans into results.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Managing Director in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks

- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules

- Support project execution across marketing, branding, and business development

- Create digital assets and content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), and CapCut

- Assist with social media planning and execution

- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and collaborators when needed

- Maintain task lists and help track project deadlines and deliverables

Conduct occasional research and competitor analysis

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in a support, creative, or marketing role

- Proficiency in Canva,



Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and CapCut

- Solid organisational and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and adapt to evolving priorities

- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong attention to detail

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, boutique business environment

- A keen interest in fashion, design, or men’s tailoring is a plus

- Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is highly preferred

- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in handling customers

- Ability to stay calm, organised, and focused under pressure
