Position: Junior Contracts Administrator
Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 + Super

Key Responsibilities:

- Contracts: Assist with head contract and subcontract compliance.
- Procurement: Help prepare tender packages and issue subcontracts.
- Claims: Process progress claims and manage variations accurately.
- Mentorship: Participate in structured training to fast-track your skills.
- Coordination: Liaise with subcontractors and site teams (NoR & SoR).
- Reporting: Support cost forecasting and monthly financial reporting.

What You’ll Bring:

- Education: Degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in commercial construction.
- Systems: Strong Excel skills and exposure to project software.
- Drive:

We are looking for a skilled Junior Contracts Administrator to join a high-performing project team delivering commercial apartments. This is a rare chance for an emerging professional to step into a site based role designed for growth, supported by a structured Mentorship Programme led by seasoned industry experts.As a key member of the commercial team, you will be based across project sites both North and South of the River. You will assist in the end-to-end commercial management of the project, gaining exposure to high-level procurement, claim management, and project financial reporting.
