With a healthy pipeline across Melbourne’s Bayside, the business is seeking a General Foreman to support the Site Manager and help drive the successful delivery of its upcoming projects.

The Role
Working closely with the Site Manager, you will coordinate daily site activities, manage subcontractors and maintain the high standards of quality, safety and presentation expected across these premium projects.
Key responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site activities
- Assisting with short-term programming and construction sequencing
- Monitoring workmanship and ensuring finishes meet project standards
- Conducting site inspections and identifying defects
- Supporting site safety, inductions and compliance requirements
- Coordinating deliveries, materials and site logistics
- Reviewing drawings and resolving construction issues




- Providing regular progress updates to the Site Manager

About You
To be considered, you will ideally have:

- Previous experience as a Foreman, Site Supervisor or Leading Hand
- A strong background in high-end residential or commercial construction
- Experience delivering complex, multi-level projects
- Excellent knowledge of finishes, detailing and quality control
- Strong subcontractor coordination and communication skills
- A thorough understanding of construction programs and sequencing
- Current White Card and relevant trade qualifications
- A qualified, solutions-focused approach
- Use of QA program Visibuild or equivalent.
